In this Family emergence…being locked out of the house…you promptly responded,without any hesitation with a smile and “I’m on my way!”And then whilst you where on your way, receiving another call from us,saying that a key was found and we’ve got into the house,so don’t need you to come now. Most people would readily agree… “to do that” to a Tradie, would warrant a tirade of cussing and demands for a “Call out Fee! to be paid on the spot in cash” but Not You…Justin you handled yourself well, polite…not a hint of exasperation or anger and as a direct result of your manner,I asked you to quote on upgrading my home’s security system, which was over due, where I I’ve found…

2. In the selection of the “Right Security System” for my home,your advise has been honest, practical and real value for money…faultless!

3. Your installation of the new security system was excellent, efficient, professional with the utmost attention to detail. Your thoughtfulness, providing beyond what was expected or known, where others could have taken advantage of my ignorance you didn’t, demonstrating a character of Integrity.
